On Friday evening, the Cinco de Mayo Queen will be selected.
The chosen queen and the other finalists will be featured in the Saturday morning parade and other Cinco de Mayo weekend festivities.
All Queen Candidates will be asked to attend various activities in preparation for the celebration. These activities include a leadership workshop, a community service event, fashion and beauty seminar, health component and the Cinco de Mayo parade. Scholarships will award to Metropolitan Community College for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place along with other prizes.
